Shipping policy

  1. Do you ship to an international address?

    Currently, we only offer local delivery and Click and Collect in-workshop pickup. We are also trialing national insured delivery to metro centers. If you'd like to have your machine shipped by courier, select "Click and Collect" and we will contact you to arrange a quote on shipping. Note- we do not build margin into our machines to cover “Free” shipping, and most gaming computers are between 14-22KG, in quite large box, so shipping them is expensive, which is why we charge a delivery fee for courier-delivered computers.

  2. How can I cancel my order?
    If you need to cancel your order, you should email us at info@eaglegaming.com.au ASAP.  Please note that we can only cancel your order if your system build has not already commenced. For further information about returns, please refer to our returns policy.

  3. How long does it take for my PC to be ready?

    Upon receipt of your order, we will select and prepare your parts within 24 hours normally. Once the build process is complete, your machine is tested for performance and reliability as part of our comprehensive QC process before it is released to you. In all, you can expect your new PC to be ready within 5-7 business days from placing your order. On average, this is around 5 days. Note- for some in-stock systems, they may be available sooner.

     
  4. Can I come to your warehouse to pay and pick up the item?
     Payments are made online as part of our E-Commerce transaction. You are most welcome to collect your purchase by appointment from our workshop in Salisbury, Brisbane.


  5. Where can I find the delivery information?
    Tracking information will be emailed to you. 

  6. What do I do if I need to change the delivery address?

    Local Delivery machines are personally delivered by our driver. You can contact us any time to arrange an alternative delivery address prior to your machine being loaded into our van. Note however if the new address falls outside our delivery area, you may be charged a fee, or your order may be converted to collection only.
    For national shipping, you will need to contact the carrier to determine if they offer a change of address option, and additional charges may apply.
